Produce Editorial

Create a spread layout for a magazine article about supporting local farmers and purchasing their produce for a health magazine aimed at middle aged woman or health conscious people.

For this project I wanted to go to the root of the source. I want to a few local farms to chat with them, take pictures of their farms and buy some local produce. I decided the best way to advertise the local farmers produce was the show it off through photography. So I photographed the produce against a white background and edited them in photoshop. I wanted to keep the page clean and bright so I left a lot of white space so the color is focused on the produce. Due to there being a lack of movement through the page I added a line to guide your eyes through the produce and straight to the title to get the viewer to beginning reading.
